Releasing what was never yours: 
An IFS Exploration of Legacy Burdens
Saturday, January 17  - 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

After a brief introduction to Internal Family Systems, this workshop will focus on identifying energy that we carry that was passed to us through our ancestry. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the process of clearing those burdens from their day to day lives by handing them back respectfully and safely. Workshop leader:
